In summer of 1981, I was hired as a land secretary for a small oil and gas company. Now, with nearly 40 years of experience, I have learned this business from the bottom up; gaining broad knowledge of oil and gas title, negotiation, asset management, and organization.

While I have experience managing the assets of enterprise-level companies, my favorite part of my work is helping mineral owners with the overwhelming work of managing their mineral assets. My strengths of communication, attention to detail, patience, a teaching spirit, and dedication allow me to help my clients understand the paperwork, the decisions, the regulations, and the responsibility of their land and minerals.

After working in the oil and gas industry for more than three decades, I started my own land brokerage in 2015, Wickham Land, which was born out of my passion for helping mineral owners and oil and gas companies alike put their assets in capable hands so that they can have full confidence that every detail is taken care of.

I am a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, where I have obtained certification as a CPL (Certified Professional Landman).

I am passionate about being a part of the Oklahoma energy producers industry community, as well as identifying and strengthening the intersection between the traditional and innovative methods at this exciting time in the industry.
